Job Description:

The Position: Therapy Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Therapy Coordinator is to ensure therapy services are placed for all newly referred patients.

What we ask for:

• High School diploma or GED

• Two years recent work experience, preferably in home care

• Strong verbal skills and written communication skills.

• Good organizational skills.

• Good customer service skills
