Therapy Nurse - LPN/RN

Hazel Findlay is seeking Nurses to assess, plan, implement and care for short-stay therapy residents. We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and resourceful professional to drive our mission. Full-time and per-diem positions on days and nights available.
Some responsibilities include:
- Administer prescribed medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
- Stock and reorder medications.
- Observe progress of IV infusions and monitor for subcutaneous infiltrations.
- Administer IV medications.
- Observe, assess, record and report resident response or reaction to drugs.
- Replace gastrostomy tubes.
- Monitor and assess gastrostomy tubes for proper placement and complications.
- Work as a cohesive member of our Work Family and drive the mission.
- Current LPN or RN license in good-standing with the State of Michigan.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
