Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Significant hands-on experience in thermal insulation or manufacturing may substitute for formal qualifications.
  
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools.
  
• Professional-level English proficiency.
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and industrial manufacturing operations.
  
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
