What you will do
Develop thermal control solutions for semiconductor test equipment
Define thermal validation test plans and procedures
Test thermal control prototypes, analyse the data and plan improvements
Study the key factors in thermal control for semiconductor test and find the best methods
Understand customer thermal requirements and design solutions that meet their specifications
Explore new technologies and test their feasibility for future product lines
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and thermal engineering
Familiar with measurement instrumentation and control (temperature sensors, power measurement, analog/digital control)
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo
Experience with CFD simulation tools (Fluent, Icepak, SolidWorks)
