Thermal Simulation Application Engineer

職務內容：

• Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and assistance of post-sales support.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers in support.
• Review customers’ design of Compute/Storage servers, racks from thermal perspective.
• Perform thermal simulations using CFD tools like Celsius EC(6sigmaET), Macroflow, FloTherm or Icepack.
• Working knowledge of heat sink/fan and liquid cooling solution selection and optimization.

• 提供專業的售前技術支持，協助解決售後技術問題，確保客戶滿意度。
• 與客戶建立並維持良好合作關係，支持其產品設計與優化。
• 從熱管理的角度，審查並提出計算/儲存伺服器及機架設計的改進建議。
• 使用 CFD 工具（如 Celsius EC、6sigmaET、Macroflow、FloTherm 或 Icepack）進行熱模擬分析，提升設計效率與產品性能。
• 根據需求進行散熱器/風扇及液冷解決方案的選型與優化，確保熱管理設計的可靠性與創新性。
