Third-Party Risk Manager - 12 Months Contract - SG8.5k

We’re seeking a Third-Party Risk Manager to lead the oversight of third-party relationships, ensuring contract lifecycle management, supplier performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance with MAS and HKMA standards. The role involves partnering with risk teams to strengthen resilience metrics, supporting internal users on due diligence platforms, coordinating with engagement managers and offshore teams, and driving change initiatives through the implementation of global and local mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of both external and internal third-party contracts, ensuring alignment between payment records and contract status.
  • Conduct performance trend analyses of suppliers and escalate potential breaches to senior stakeholders through tools such as dashboards, governance reviews, and intercompany activity reports.
  • Collaborate with Resilience Risk and Third-Party Risk Management teams to proactively address ageing metrics and strengthen the overall risk and control framework.
  • Perform routine audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews of the MAS Third Party Register in accordance with global and local policies, as well as MAS and HKMA regulations; provide timely updates to key stakeholders including the COO, Head of Third-Party Management, and Head of Procurement
  • Deliver first-line assistance to internal users on Third Party Due Diligence platforms.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting system errors and help resolve issues related to workflow approvals
  • Take ownership of communications with Engagement Managers and offshore teams, ensuring effective coordination throughout the lifecycle of arrangements undergoing due diligence.
  • Provide support to the Third-Party Management team in operationalizing policy changes.
  • Assist in project management for the implementation of global and local mandates and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Third-Party Management, with a strong background in Resilience Risk.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience with visualization platforms such as QlikSense and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Coupa, Appian, and ServiceNow is advantageous.
