Third Shift Wide Area Network Engineer
NexGen Data Systems is seeking a Third Shift Wide Area Network Engineer. This engineer will support internal and external customers and engage with them frequently. They are responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner with a variety of different network devices and protocols.
- Working in a team setting and making recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation.
- Effectively Interacting with multiple customers on a daily basis.
