Job Summary:

We are hiring professionals with extensive experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x and EMS) to support a modernizaEon and migration initiative. This role focuses on executing, analyzing, explaining, and documenting existing TIBCO applications to enable

migration to other enterprise platforms. No target-platform development is required. The position is purely focused on TIBCO execution, analysis, and subject-matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain end-to-end TIBCO process flows, workflows, activities, and configurations within existing BW applications
• Provide deep technical explanations of how TIBCO BW handles specific features, activities, and run time behaviors
• Act as a TIBCO SME for BW activities, Shared Resources, EMS, JDBC, HTTP, FTP, SOAP, and REST integrations
• Run and execute existing TIBCO projects by generating mock inputs and test data where required
• Assist migration teams by explaining TIBCO-specific behavior, validations, error handling, and execution patterns
• Create sample TIBCO projects with specific component types and features to demonstrate functionality where needed
• Help define and document test cases for various TIBCO features and process scenarios
• Document functional and technical inputs related to TIBCO features,

configurations, and implementations

• Troubleshoot runtime, configuration, and environment-related issues in BW applications
• Support knowledge transfer and walkthrough sessions with modernization and engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and EMS
• Strong understanding of TIBCO BW features and functionalities, including process design, activities, and shared resources
• Ability to clearly explain the technical internals of TIBCO, including how specific functionalities and features are implemented and executed
• Experience working with EMS, JDBC, HTTP, FTP, SOAP, and REST within TIBCO BW environments
• Proven ability to analyze, execute, and explain existing TIBCO projects and workflows
• Strong documentaJon skills with the ability to capture and explain functional and technical behavior of TIBCO applications
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a go-to SME for TIBCO BW
