Ticket Sales Agent - Winter 26/27

Full-time and part-time positions available. This is a seasonal position, November through April. As a Ticket Sales Agent, you are often the first interaction for our guests and will act as a professional resort representative creating the best environment for them. Service is our product and providing guests with a safe and wonderful experience is the primary focus. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process lift tickets, season passes, lessons and rental equipment while capturing guest data
• Effectively communicate with the guest about multiple product types, changing pricing and product offerings
• Reads and complies with Snowbasin Employee Handbook including grooming, dress and behavior standards
• Produce accurate, organized and neat cash turn in and audit report
• Report to work on time and prepared for a high-paced shift
• Be prepared and dressed for winter weather conditions. Also, must be ready and able to assist in snow removal around work areas and buildings when required.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB?

Required Experience

• Experience with handling a large quantity of customer interactions while delivering exceptional service
• A cooperative attitude and good humor in dealing with guest, co-workers and supervisors
• Knowledge of basic computer programs, printers and office equipment

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?

Preferred Experience

• Willingness to cross-train and work in all areas/locations of the resort
• Previous experience with the RTP program
