Job Summary
The Ticket Sales Analyst supports ticket sales strategy and organizational decision-making through reporting, sales analysis, and performance insights across Spurs Sports & Entertainment properties. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting tools, analyzing ticket sales performance, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights that support revenue optimization and operational planning.
The Analyst partners closely with Sales Leadership and Ticketing Analytics to deliver accurate, timely reporting and actionable business intelligence that directly informs decision-making related to sales performance and revenue initiatives. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in the office.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in business analytics, sales reporting, or data analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools preferred.

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Archtics) and CRM platforms preferred.

Experience in sports and entertainment or a related industry preferred.

Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

What You’ll Do:
Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Duties are noted with an (E) at the end of the duty)

Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc ticket sales reporting across all franchises, including daily sales activity, membership sales, plan performance, and revenue tracking (E)

Independently analyze ticket sales trends, performance metrics, and historical data; determine appropriate analytical approaches; and provide insights and recommendations that support sales strategy and business decision-making (E)

Partner with Sales Leadership and Ticketing Analytics to evaluate sales performance, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations related to pricing, inventory, sales strategy, and revenue optimization (E)

Manage and validate data used in ticket sales commission processes, ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems (E)

Interpret and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, exercising judgment to identify trends, risks, or findings that require further analysis or escalation (E)

Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and datasets to support organizational reporting needs and operational efficiency (E)

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support reporting requests, business analysis, and sales performance tracking, including evaluating business scenarios and recommending courses of action based on available data, business objectives, and anticipated revenue impact (E)

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
