TikTok Live Host / E-commerce Live Streamer
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and engaging Live Host to join our team. The role will primarily focus on hosting live streams on TikTok and other social media/e-commerce platforms, promoting our products and engaging with viewers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and other platforms to introduce and promote products.
- Engage with viewers during live streams, answer product-related questions, and encourage sales.
- Assist in planning and creating engaging live-stream content.
- Familiarise yourself with product information, promotions, and selling points before each live session.
- Work closely with the team to improve live-stream performance and sales conversion.
- Assist with packing and preparing customer orders during non-live-streaming hours.
- Perform other e-commerce and operational duties as required.
- Must be able to work on weekends. Working days and off days will be arranged according to the live-streaming schedule.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), as the role requires live communication with English- and Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, engaging, and able to interact naturally with viewers.
- Responsible and willing to assist with packing and other daily operational work.
- Previous experience in live streaming, TikTok Shop, e-commerce sales, retail sales, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Compensation
- Basic Salary + Sales Commission
- Attractive commission based on live-stream sales performance.
- Exact remuneration will be discussed based on experience and suitability.
Work Location: Singapore
Working Schedule: Full-time, including weekends (off days will be scheduled accordingly)
