TikTok Live Host

Requirements:
- Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently during TikTok LIVE sessions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with TikTok and its LIVE features.
- Energetic, engaging, and able to interact naturally with viewers.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.
- Able to follow instructions and company guidelines.
- Must own a smartphone suitable for TikTok LIVE streaming with a stable internet connection.
- Willing to maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively.
- Previous TikTok LIVE or content creation experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Host scheduled TikTok LIVE sessions according to the assigned timetable.
- Welcome, engage, and interact with viewers throughout each LIVE session.
- Encourage audience participation and help build an active community.
- Promote the brand, products, or services during LIVE sessions when required.
- Follow approved scripts, talking points, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude while live.
- Report technical issues or account concerns promptly.
- Meet agreed performance expectations, such as consistency, engagement, and attendance.
- Protect the confidentiality and security of the TikTok account by following all account security policies.
- Participate in training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance.
