- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to close exceptions
- Define key event codes and data sync standards
- Design wave synchronization rules and cut off times
- Develop exception handling SOPs and rapid response
- Establish SOPs and delivery standards
- Implement tiered alerting mechanisms
- Integrate carrier scan event visibility
- Optimize receiving queues and unloading windows
- Perform root cause analysis using PDCA and 5 Why
- Run on site quality audits and drive defect accountability
