Summary
Installs and finishes tile, marble, and granite surfaces in residential or commercial interiors, cutting materials to specification and ensuring precise alignment and waterproofing.
1) Cutting tiles and shaping them properly
2) Forming tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue, or mortar utilizing tools
3) Aligning tiles and straightening them with straightedges, levels, and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
4) Cutting, installing, and polishing surface granite and marble
5) Preparing various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material
6) Creating decorative wall and floor designs
7) Tapping tiles into place and making sure not to break or damage tiles Following blueprints precisely and marking and measuring surfaces that need to be tiled
