TILING SUPERVISOR

The SiteSupervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operationsto ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to requiredstandards. This role involves managing staff, ensuring safety compliance,communicating with stakeholders, and handling onsite issues effectively.

KeyResponsibilities:

Superviseand coordinate on-site operations and workforce activities.

Monitorproject progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations.

Conductregular site inspections and report any issues or delays.

Liaisewith clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Allocatetasks and provide clear direction to workers.

Maintaindaily logs, reports, and site documentation.

Resolveconflicts and issues that may arise during the project.

Ensureall work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, andstandards.

Manageinventory and request materials as needed.

Requirements:

Provenexperience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

Knowledgeof construction methods, safety regulations, and project management.

Abilityto read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strongleadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Problem-solvingattitude with attention to detail.

Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment.
