Job Description

As a Lube Technician, you'll be an essential part of our Service Department, performing routine maintenance that keeps our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently. You'll work alongside experienced technicians while developing your skills in a professional dealership environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform oil and filter changes using manufacturer-recommended procedures.
  • Check, inspect, and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
  • Perform tire rotations, inspect tire condition, and verify proper tire pressure.
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs such as worn belts, hoses, filters, fluid leaks, and other potential concerns.
  • Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wiper blades, light bulbs, and perform other light maintenance services.
  • Accurately document services performed and complete repair orders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate inspection findings to Service Advisors so customers receive accurate maintenance recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all dealership and OSHA safety standards.
  • Properly handle and dispose of used oil, filters, and other automotive materials.
  • Maintain dealership tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver every vehicle back to the customer in clean, professional condition.
