Title Clerk Job Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation

Prepare and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time

Verify deal jackets for completeness and compliance

Maintain title documentation and dealership records

Work with state motor vehicle departments and related agencies

Follow up on missing documents and title discrepancies

Assist accounting and sales teams with transaction documentation
