Title Examiner/Title Agent

Desired Skills:
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of industry documents (Deeds, mortgages, judgments, probates, etc.)
- Must possess solid computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
- Must be self-motivated
Responsibilities include:
- Researching public records
- Compiling research into search reports to be reviewed by the Title Examiner
- Understanding and complying with policies, laws, and regulations accordingly.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
