TMP electrical development Manager 1

Your Role：

1. Perform assigned mechanical design and mechanical system integration activities and ensure alignment with system requirements and interfaces.
2. Assess the mechanical impact, risks, and required verification for design changes, including VA/VE and 4M changes.
3. Conduct validation and verification of mechanical robustness, reliability, and durability through design calculations, analysis, testing, and technical reviews.
4. Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service functions to resolve mechanical interface and system integration issues.
5. Address mechanical issues arising during development, series production, and post-production by performing root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, confirming their effectiveness, and preventing recurrence.
6. Plan assigned work, manage progress, and prepare technical deliverables to achieve the QCD objectives agreed with the System Integration Manager and the responsible project leader.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards and practices for mechanical design, drawings, analysis, verification, and change control.
