TMP electrical engineer

Your Role：

Lead the development of motor control systems for TMP controllers, including control algorithm design, tuning, and performance optimization to meet required specifications

Design and develop electrical circuits and control hardware for TMP controllers, ensuring robustness, reliability, and compliance with technical standards

Define system requirements and translate them into detailed electrical and motor control designs to achieve performance, cost, and quality targets

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in TMP controller systems, including motor drive, power electronics, and control behavior

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware/software, and system engineering) to ensure seamless integration of TMP controllers

Drive validation, testing, and commissioning of TMP controller systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability in actual operating conditions

Improve design processes, control strategies, and development efficiency for TMP controller-related technologies

Provide technical leadership and guidance in motor control and electrical design, contributing to team capability building
