Job Description:

Job Summary:
Makino +Mitsubishi MV1200R with programming experience to run and program the machine
The role includes setup, programming (on-machine or via CAM software), operation, and quality control of precision parts
:Requirements
Hands-on experience with Makino/ Mitsubishi MV1200R or similar wire EDM • wire cutting machines
Ability to program cutting paths based on technical drawings (G-code or CAM • software)
Strong technical drawing and measurement skills • Troubleshooting and basic maintenance abilities • High attention to detail and precision •

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate wire EDM machines to cut complex shapes in metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.
• Perform turning operations using conventional and CNC lathes.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the machining area.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in operating wire EDM machines.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Technical education or certification in machining — an advantage.

Working conditions:
