Tools and Parts Attendant

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of DOD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a military technician position with the 99th Readiness Division, Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 163 located in Taunton, Massachusetts. This position may offer a $5,000 recruitment bonus (see Additional Information Section)

Maintain issue/turn-in records manually or electronically.

Assist in efficient storage and arrangement of materials.

Conduct periodic inventories.

Inspect items for quality, damage, or overall performance.

Perform minor maintenance of tools, parts, and equipment.
