Lead a team with proven experience to get the best results.

Be accountable for the daily operations and cycle times.
- Communicate with body shop staff to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Control Account Receivables and schedules in a timely manner.
- Perform daily follow up with Insurance Companies, Customers and vendors.
Qualifications
Body Shop Management experience required!!

High school diploma or equivalent

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

Ability to learn modern technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
