Torque Converter Builder - 1st Shift

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Torque Converter Assembly: Build and assemble torque converters according to RevMax specifications. This includes installing impellers, turbines, stators, bearings, seals, and other components.
  • Machining: Operate manual lathe on torque converter components. This includes machining impellers, turbines, stator cores, and other parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and other tools.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of torque converter components and completed units to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions, clearances, and surface finish.
  • Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of torque converter specifications, assembly procedures, and inspection results. Complete necessary documentation.
  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, machines, and equipment used in torque converter assembly and machining. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Helping: Any time we do not have a product being built, we do ask all individuals help box, assemble kits, count inventory to stay busy.
