About Vaisesika

Vaisesika is seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and enterprise application testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca, test automation framework design, and end-to-end testing across complex business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
• Develop reusable automation components to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare and maintain automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Support UAT activities and production validation testing.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and promote QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Test Automation Frameworks
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Integration Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• Experience in API Testing using Tosca/API Scan.
• Proficiency in defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in test case design and test data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or ERP applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to API Testing tools such as Postman.
• Tricentis Tosca Certifications.
• Experience in performance and security testing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Tricentis Tosca Certification (Associate/Automation Specialist) preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
