Total Rewards Partner
You will deliver and govern global compensation and benefits initiatives across multiple geographies. You will support salary structures, compensation planning, pay transparency compliance, benefits operations, renewals, reporting, and employee inquiries while advising HR Business Partners and local leadership.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain salary structures, job and salary frameworks, and job-family alignment across global geographies.
- Support global compensation projects, including merit cycles, incentive programmes, and promotion pay decisions.
- Analyze compensation data and support local pay-transparency initiatives and compliance reporting.
- Support global benefits inquiries with the benefits and People Operations teams.
- Coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, and local HR Business Partners to deliver global benefits programs accurately and on time.
- Support global benefits renewals through data submissions, follow-ups, invoice reconciliation, processing, budgeting, forecasting, and internal coordination.
- Create and maintain global benefits resources, including standard operating procedures, inventories, reporting, calendars, and invoice tracking.
- Resolve escalated benefits-program inquiries and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Knowledge of global compensation compliance, regulations, and pay-transparency directives.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS systems and compensation modelling tools.
- Experience with compensation planning tools.
- CCP or GRP certification is preferred.
- Pave and UKG system experience is preferred.
