Work arrangement: On-site

Responsibilities:

- Manage compensation and benefits programs across multiple APAC countries.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

- Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive planning processes.

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation recommendations.

- Review and enhance employee benefits programs with local HR teams and external vendors.

- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies related to compensation and benefits.

- Prepare compensation reports, HR analytics, and reward-related insights for management.

- Maintain and update salary structures, job grading, and compensation data.

- Support regional Total Rewards projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.

- Experience supporting multiple APAC countries is an advantage.

- Good understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
