投資經理/專員【投資管理處】(台北)

1. Originate and evaluate strategic investment, venture investment, and M&A opportunities across global technology sectors.
2. Develop investment theses through industry research, financial analysis, valuation, and commercial due diligence.
3. Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
4. Cultivate relationships with founders, venture capital firms, investment banks, and strategic partners to generate high-quality investment opportunities.
5. Partner with business units to evaluate strategic fit, identify collaboration opportunities, and maximize post-investment value creation.
