About the Role:
As a Kiwi Experience Driver Guide, you'll enjoy more than just a job—it's a lifestyle. We value a diverse skill set, including:

Strong engagement and communication skills – Entertain backpackers with captivating stories, humour, excursions, and memorable nights out.
Organisational ability – Act as an “on-road travel expert,” coordinating passenger accommodation and activities.
Sales skills – Recommend exciting activity options to our adventurous passengers.
Safe driving – Navigate New Zealand’s breathtaking scenery while prioritising safety.

About You:
We’re seeking exceptional individuals on a fixed-term, full-time basis who love New Zealand and can drive our Big Green Buses. If you're outgoing, highly motivated, and an effective communicator, we’d love to hear from you!

Ideally, you’ll hold (or be eligible for) a Class 2 and/or 4 licence and a ‘P’ endorsement. Tourism and driving experience are beneficial but not essential—we value the right attitude and enthusiasm above all else.
