Tour Manager (UK Process)

Galaxy Flights is looking for an experienced Tour Package Team Manager for its UK process. The role involves both handling UK customer tour package queries and managing a team of executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring smooth execution of international holiday bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Handle UK customer inquiries for international holiday and tour packages.
• Design and customize travel itineraries (Europe, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, etc. ).
• Manage end-to-end booking process including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolution for customer issues.
• Lead, guide, and monitor a team of travel consultants/executives.
• Assign work, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
• Improve conversion rates and drive sales performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth travel execution.
• Maintain reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience for UK clients.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in travel sales / tour package handling (UK process preferred).
• Proven ability to handle both sales and team management.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and holiday packages.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate in any stream.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Female candidates preferred for this role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UK travel process or international BPO.
• Prior experience in handling holiday packages for UK clients.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
