Tow Motor Operator
Tow Motor Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the reach truck.

Department Duties
Picks large quantity orders from overstock to avoid depleting pick slots.
Delivers packaging and display supplies to needed departments.
Puts away stock by rotating stock.
Fills pick slots and makes room by putting away back up products as needed.
For all location changes, completes change sheet and enters new location in computer.
Continuously drops stock for pick slots.
Makes room for new product.
Collects empty skids and returns to receiving docks for unloading.
Completes assigned tasks for tow motor maintenance, which may include weekly battery checks, scheduling quarterly RPMs, calling for service when problems arise, or other duties related to maintenance of the tow motors.
Participates in warehouse reorganization when needed to make room for new product and to arrange fast moving and slow-moving items in the appropriate aisles.
Sets up and takes down racking to accommodate product.
Assists with moving closeout items to closeout aisles and toy fair booth setup and takedown annually.
