We are selecting a Self-Loading Crane Driver in Alcalá de Guadaíra to join our road rescue and assistance team. As a Self-Loading Crane Driver in Alcalá de Guadaíra, you will play an essential role in daily operations: you will be the reference professional assisting drivers in unforeseen situations, guaranteeing a safe, technical service of the highest human quality. We offer a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, a net base salary of €1,400 to €1,500/month with the option for overtime and objective bonuses that allow reaching between €2,000 and €2,200 net monthly, in addition to free weekends. What you'll do

Reporting to the Operations and Traffic Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Roadside Aid and Assistance: Direct intervention on the road providing aid to broken-down or accidented vehicles, applying strict road safety protocols.

Crane and Load Operations: Driving and handling a self-loading rigid truck (Category C license) for the loading, securing, regulatory lashing, and subsequent unloading of the assisted vehicles.

On-Site Quick Mechanics: Light diagnosis and basic repairs at the assistance site (starting vehicles with a jump starter, checking and replacing batteries, and small mechanical/electrical adjustments).

User Care and Treatment: Providing a professional, empathetic, and helpful service to drivers during unforeseen situations or accidents.

Service Management and Reporting: Notifying completed assistance, recording the status of the towed vehicle, and communicating incidents to the control center.

Requirements

Training and Knowledge: Technical training or demonstrable practical experience in automotive quick mechanics (basic electricity, use of multimeter/tester, battery changing and diagnosis, light mechanics).

Licenses and Documentation:

Valid Category C driving license.

Valid Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP).

Active Digital Tachograph Card.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (roadside assistance, driving rescue/platform cranes, or in mechanical workshops).

Competencies: Problem-solving profile with technical autonomy, a strong customer orientation, proactivity, and a focus on achieving objectives.

Location and Schedule: Residence in Alcalá de Guadaíra or nearby towns in the Seville metropolitan area, with availability to work morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

Stability and Hourly Organization:

Working day distributed from Monday to Friday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Dynamic and Highly Competitive Remuneration (Net):

Base Salary: €1,400 to €1,500 net/month for an ordinary 8-hour daily workday.

Increase via Overtime: Possibility of performing 2 hours of overtime per day (10-hour workday), placing the remuneration between €1,700 and €1,800 net/month.

Objective Bonuses: Incentive system of up to €100 per achieved objective, allowing for a total range of €2,000 to €2,200 net/month.

Equipment and Resources: Self-loading rigid truck equipped with modern lifting systems, rapid diagnostic tools, and a complete provision of PPE and high-visibility technical clothing.
