Tower Crane Operator
Summary
Operates a tower crane to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites, performing daily safety checks and following approved lifting plans.
- Operate luffing jib tower crane safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks and ensure equipment/components are in good and safe working condition.
- Follow approved lifting plans and project’s safety procedures at all times.
- Coordinate closely with lifting supervisors and signalmen to perform lifts accurately.
- Maintain proper records of crane operations and safety inspections.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
