Tower Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and linen rooms.
• Inspect guest rooms and ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Conduct monthly linen inventories and maintain accurate records.
• Review Out-of-Order rooms and follow up on maintenance needs.
• Ensure maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
• Monitor and enforce key control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and departmental procedures.
• Support performance management, employee development, and disciplinary processes when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.
  

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience, or five (5) years of experience in Housekeeping or Public Areas operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping operations in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of operational and financial management principles.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
