About the Role
As a Call Center Representative at Steven Toyota, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling or submitting online inquiries. You will assist customers by scheduling service and sales appointments, responding to internet leads, answering questions, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Schedule sales and service appointments while confirming customer information.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, missed visits, and future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
- Communicate effectively with the Sales and Service Departments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders and customer follow-up.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing Steven Toyota.
Compensation
Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance-Based Incentives
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and dealership pay plan.
