TP- Financial Analyst / Business Analyst

1. Prepare regular financial dashboards and management reports, providing commentary based on business and data analysis for management meetings.
2. Perform financial analysis to support key business activities (e.g., new product launch pricing, P&L simulation, promotion effectiveness, and ROI analysis) and address other ad-hoc management requests.
3. Work closely with the management team and cross-functional stakeholders as a Finance Business Partner.
4. Actively participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc business or strategic planning processes.
