About the role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will work with business and technology stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, legislative reform initiatives and technology solutions that support TPB's strategic objectives. You will analyse business requirements, identify process improvements and contribute to the delivery of secure, scalable solutions while managing competing priorities and driving successful project outcomes.

Your duties

  • Analyse and document business requirements and process needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Deliver system enhancements and legislative reform initiatives.
  • Manage competing priorities, risks and project deadlines.

Skills and experience

  • Microsoft Dynamics, portal and web solution expertise
  • Business requirements and process analysis capability
  • Solution design, testing and deployment knowledge
  • SDLC and DevOps practices proficiency
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication excellence

This role will be offered in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
