Role

• Job Title: AI Orchestrator (PM)
• Role Type: Technical Program Manager (TPM) for GenAI Programs

Role Summary

• Serve as the delivery and coordination engine for the client's AI Agent Factory.
• Own and prioritize the AI use-case backlog based on business priorities, KPIs, and MVP scope.
• Translate business objectives into executable AI agent delivery plans, specifications, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive execution across client demand/governance, platform, PSO, and engineering teams.
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, ensuring priority AI agents are delivered on schedule.
• Manage dependencies, risks, quality gates, governance, and stakeholder communication throughout the agent lifecycle.
• Drive delivery toward the targeted August 2026 MVP.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the AI use-case backlog aligned with business outcomes and KPIs.
• Lead a 2-week Agile sprint cadence, including:
  • Sprint planning
  • Backlog refinement
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint reviews/demos
  • Retrospectives
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across client, PSO, platform, and engineering teams.
• Manage team handoffs, interdependencies, and execution interlocks.
• Maintain and actively manage RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate the complete agent delivery lifecycle:
  • Design
  • Build
  • Deploy
  • Optimize
• Manage the validation-to-production five-gate delivery process.
• Own weekly execution reporting covering:
  • Scope
  • Velocity and burndown
  • Risks and issues
  • Dependencies
  • Agent KPIs
  • Quality and autonomy metrics
  • Reuse rate
• Align acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics, and go/no-go decisions with product owners and governance teams.
• Manage squad resourcing, onboarding, utilization, and delivery continuity.
• Champion reuse through the Agent Library and drive continuous improvement and adoption.
• Track value realization and business outcomes from delivered AI agents.
• Serve as the primary delivery interface for stakeholders and provide executive-level status reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven Technical Program Management / Project Management experience supporting enterprise-scale AI, GenAI, cloud, or platform programs.
• Strong Agile / SAFe delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Backlog management
  • Sprint planning and execution
  • Velocity tracking
  • Burndown reporting
  • Agile ceremonies
• Ability to translate business objectives into:
  • AI agent specifications
  • Delivery roadmaps
  • Execution plans
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Measurable KPIs
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent executive communication and status reporting capabilities.
• Strong experience managing RAID, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance across multiple teams.
• Working knowledge of AI agent delivery concepts, including:
  • Gemini Enterprise
  • ADK
  • RAG
  • AI agent lifecycle
  • Agent validation and deployment

Experience & Certifications

• 9 12+ years of technical program/project management experience.
• Recent hands-on delivery experience with AI/GenAI programs.
• Enterprise-scale program management experience preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• SAFe RTE / POPM certification preferred.
• Scrum certification preferred.
