TPRM - Data Governance & MI Analyst

Introduction & Summary:

This role is centered around data management and governance, focusing on ensuring the quality and accuracy of datasets within the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) landscape. The position calls for expertise in data analysis, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder communication, requiring commitment to in-office collaboration at least six days per month in Krakow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the investigation and remediation of model risk arising from third-party products and services.

• Manage key datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

• Document data flows and lineage to support traceability.

• Develop dashboards for performance insights derived from complex data.

• Define and maintain KPIs and KRIs, aligning them with business objectives.

• Prepare governance packs and track action items to support decision-making.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for requirements clarification.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in data management or related fields.

• Practical knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data governance.

• Experience with defining and maintaining metrics and ensuring stakeholder acknowledgment.

• Capability in resolving data quality issues and understanding their root causes.

• Familiarity with governance practices and third-party risk/outsourcing.

• Background in banking is beneficial.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or Alation.
