Job Description

1. Proficient in C/C++ programming with solid software development skills.
2. Hands-on experience in Embedded Linux platform development.
3. Familiar with Linux Kernel/device driver porting and driver development.
4. Experience in board bring-up or new platform enablement.
5. Strong understanding of IPC, multithreading, and synchronization mechanisms.
6. Capable of system debugging, issue analysis, and performance tuning.
7. Experience in system integration and effective collaboration with hardware.
8. Experience integrating third-party software and open-source components.
9. Able to work independently with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in 5G, networking, or communication product development is a plus.
2. Experience supporting mass production and post-integration maintenance is preferred.
3. Proactive problem-solving mindset
4. Effective communication skills in cross-functional collaboration
5. Willingness to tackle technical challenges from development through mass production
