Track & Trace Specialist

Position: Track & Trace Specialist
Location: Shayxontohur, Toshkent, Uzbekistan
Experience: Less than 1 year
Gender: Male
Salary: $500 - $1,000

Job Requirements:
• Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery
Track drivers and provide real-time shipment updates
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Update load statuses in the TMS/CRM system
Identify delays and escalate issues promptly
Ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date
Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication

Notes:
Excellent English communication skills (B2+ or higher).
At least 6 months of experience in a Track & Trace, Load Tracking, or similar logistics role.
