About the Role
HT-Limited is seeking a Tractor Driver to operate agricultural tractors and related machinery supporting farming activities such as plowing, harrowing, planting, and hauling requiring technical knowledge of farm equipment and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractors for plowing, planting, and harvesting
- Attach and operate implements such as harrows, trailers, and seeders
- Conduct routine servicing and minor repairs on tractors
- Follow farm safety protocols and ensure safe machinery operation
- Transport farm produce and supplies within the farm or to designated locations
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Valid driver's license (tractor/machinery certification preferred)
- Experience operating tractors and farm machinery
- Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
