Summary
Acts as a functional and technical expert for banking systems in Trade Finance, CASA, Payments, and Lending, bridging business needs with technical solutions and supporting implementation and troubleshooting.
Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise across Trade Finance, CASA, Payments, and Lending banking systems.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, solution designs, and system enhancement documents.
Work with business users, product teams, and technology teams to support requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution validation.
Support configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of banking applications across trade, payment, deposit, and lending modules.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, review defects, and ensure delivered solutions meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Maintain documentation for system workflows, business rules, interface mappings, change requests, and operational support procedures.
