Trade Finance Executive
Summary
Manages trade finance operations like Letters of Credit and bank guarantees, ensuring compliance with international regulations while coordinating with banks, suppliers, and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full spectrum of trade finance operations, including issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs, Bank Guarantees, and Bills of Exchange.
- Liaise with banks, customers, and suppliers to ensuretimely processing of trade finance instruments.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all trade documentswith UCP 600, ISBP, and other international trade regulations.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuringproper reconciliation and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, andlogistics teams to align financial documentation with shipment schedules.
- Prepare reports on trade finance activities, bankfacilities utilization, and forecast of funding needs.
- Support internal and external audits related to tradefinance and banking transactions.
- Maintain updated knowledge on international traderegulations, sanctions, and banking practices.
