What You'll Be Doing:
• Process end-to-end trade finance transactions for Singapore and Hong Kong operations
• Handle Import and Export Letters of Credit (LC), guarantees, reimbursements, discounting, and related trade finance activities
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately within agreed turnaround times and cut-off timings
• Perform KYC validation and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for trade finance transactions
• Process trade finance transactions and generate customer advice using internal banking systems
• Prepare and process SWIFT messages, payment instructions, and supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth trade finance operations
• Participate in digitalisation initiatives, operational improvement projects, and business continuity activities
• Support other trade finance operational duties as assigned

We're Looking For:
• Experience in Trade Finance Operations within a bank (min 6 months experience)
• Knowledge of Import/Export Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, or Trade Finance products
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and SWIFT processes is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment
