💰 Salary: Up to $4,200/month

🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• Office Hours (Must be available to work on Singapore Public Holidays when required)
What You'll Be Doing:
• Process end-to-end Trade Finance transactions for Singapore and Hong Kong, including:
• Import & Export Letters of Credit (LC)
• LC Amendments, Advising, Confirmations & Negotiations
• Bills Processing & Discounting
• Guarantees, Shipping Guarantees & Performance Bonds
• Reimbursement Claims & Risk Participations
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all trade finance transactions in accordance with internal procedures and ICC guidelines
• Perform KYC validation, AML, and sanctions screening for trade finance transactions
• Process transactions using Trade Finance systems and prepare SWIFT messages
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve transaction queries
• Support digitalisation initiatives, UAT, and operational improvement projects
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities
• Perform other trade finance operational duties assigned by the team
