Trade Finance Operations Executive (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Handle end-to-end trade finance transactions for import and export activities.

Process Letters of Credit (LC), guarantees, payments, amendments and related transactions.

Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within required timelines and cut-off times.

Perform KYC and AML checks on trade finance transactions.

Input transactions into trade finance systems and prepare customer notifications and payment messages.

Handle documentation, SWIFT messages, filing and other operational tasks.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, rules and regulatory requirements.

Support digitalisation, process improvement and project initiatives.

Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
