Trade Management Analyst| 9 Months Contract | Central

Trade Management Analyst supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Asia, working with traders, portfolio managers, and operations teams to ensure accurate trade processing and compliance with deadlines and regulations.

Its Asset & Wealth Management business provides investment solutions across a wide range of public and private asset classes to institutional, government and high-net-worth clients globally.

About the Role

Join the Trade Management team within Investment Operations, supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Asia. You will work closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Operations teams, Brokers and Custodians to ensure trades are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support trade confirmation and settlement across different markets and products.
  • Support Trading Desks with day-to-day queries and operational matters.
  • Monitor trade flows and identify operational risks and process improvements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
  • Support new products, clients, systems and business initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities meet required deadlines, controls and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Operations, Middle Office or Trade Operations.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures or IRS.
  • Good understanding of trade lifecycle, confirmation and settlement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong risk and control mindset.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
