Trade Marketing Director

The Trade Marketing Director is a critical leadership role designed to transform and elevate how our brands win. This position is responsible for defining regional activation strategies, driving execution excellence, and maximizing the return on investments.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in one-demand roles, with proven success in local markets and leading multi-country projects.
• Experience as Line Manager
• Key Competencies: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Priority Setting, Driving Results, and Managing Vision & Purpose.
• Functional Skills: Strong analytical abilities, expertise in category and customer dynamics, and a deep understanding of shopper behavior.
  
  What will be your key responsibilities?
  
• Develop annual activation principles and targets, in line with brand priorities.
• Responsible for ROI and performance of trade/in-store activation investments.
• Manage in-year CP budget and decision-making to deliver growth targets.
• Own, govern, and ensure executional excellence of the CP Budget, aligned with Brand priorities.
• Own the innovation Full Trade Package delivery following C2G.
• Own the annual sampling plan and delivery for PNE.
• Own the PNE Annual Activation Calendar Y+1 in alignment with Brand & Customer priorities.
• Own the activation engine, including the Full Trade Package, EBA activation, and sampling.
• Own the agency relationship with Publicis Connected Commerce, including Strategy, SOW, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Build and develop high performing team.
• Oversee HPC (High-Performance Collaboration).
