About the role
Trade Marketing Execution
• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing programs across national distributor partners and key channels.
• Coordinate the deployment of POS materials, sales tools, trade assets, and promotional programs.
• Ensure trade marketing initiatives are executed on time, in full, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Track execution progress and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Distributor & Sales Support
• Work closely with distributor teams and Sales stakeholders to facilitate execution of key initiatives.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and portfolio priorities.
• Assist in developing sales support materials and execution guidelines.
• Gather feedback from the field and distributor partners to identify opportunities and challenges.
Program Coordination & Administration
• Manage project timelines and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support budget tracking, purchase order processing, vendor management, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure marketing assets and materials are delivered according to agreed timelines and standards.
• Maintain trade marketing documentation, activation trackers, and execution reports.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and report key KPIs for trade programs, promotions, and activations.
• Consolidate sales and execution feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support post-activity reviews and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Assist in preparing regular performance updates for management
Agency & Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with agencies, production suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build effective working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and distributor stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, governance requirements, and brand standards.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a related commercial function.
- Good understanding of trade marketing, distributor management, and channel execution.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred.
- Experience in wine & spirits, beverage, FMCG, or premium consumer goods industries is preferred.
